By using the DAY BUS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.

Use of Service

You agree to use the DAY BUS service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Important terms regarding bookings:

• Cancellation policies vary by operator and are displayed at the time of booking
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and operator terms
• Booking confirmations are sent via email and SMS
• You must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure

Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Limitation of Liability

DAY BUS acts as an intermediary between you and bus operators. We are not liable for:

• Any delays, cancellations, or issues arising from the bus operator's services
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel
• Any accidents or incidents during the journey
• Changes in bus schedules made by operators

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the DAY BUS platform are the property of DAY BUS Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
