How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your DAY BUS account, you can do so by following these simple steps:

Open the DAY BUS app on your device
Navigate to the "Profile" or "Settings" section (usually found in the bottom navigation or menu)
Tap on "Account Settings" or "Manage Account"
Scroll down and select "Delete Account"
You will be asked to confirm your decision
Enter your account password to verify your identity
Confirm the deletion by tapping "Delete Account"
Your account deletion request will be processed

When you delete your account, the following will occur:

Permanent Deletion: All your personal information, booking history, and account data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days
Irreversible Action: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, you cannot recover your account or booking history
Active Bookings: If you have any active or upcoming bookings, please cancel them before deleting your account, or contact our support team for assistance
Refunds: Any pending refunds will be processed to your original payment method before account deletion

Before deleting your account, please consider:

Download any booking confirmations or receipts you may need
Cancel any active bookings or wait for them to complete
Ensure all refunds have been processed
Note that you will need to create a new account if you wish to use DAY BUS services again in the future
